Major Dr. Pramod G. Bagali is a pioneering forensic medical scientist and healthcare leader with over
32 years of experience. He is the developer of ForDigiopsy®, a revolutionary digital autopsy solution,
and currently serves as CEO & Chief Medical Officer at Witty Charman Group and
Chief Executive Officer at Alrize Global Tech.
After completing his MBBS, he served in the Indian Army Medical Corps (1991–2001), rising to the rank
of Major. He holds an MD in Forensic Pathology & Toxicology, a
Post-Graduate Diploma in Medical Law & Ethics, and an Executive MBA.
Dr. Bagali has led major healthcare and technology projects in Malaysia, the UK, and India. His expertise spans
forensic science software development, medical research, and organizational development.
Recognized globally for his innovation, his leadership combines discipline, strategic foresight, and modern management principles
to drive sustainable growth in healthcare.

Ar. Sneha Pramod Bagali, Head of Projects & Design, is a dynamic architect and project manager who co-founded Alrize Global Tech at just 23. She plays a key role in driving growth and shaping the company’s leadership in forensic technology, bringing strong design thinking, precision, and structured problem-solving to scalable, future-ready solutions.
Her multidisciplinary experience spans roles as an Architect Intern at Embassy Group (Bengaluru), Creative Consultant at Ayu Care Technology (Singapore), Marketing Team Member at AIESEC in India, and Intern at Witty Charman CoTS Sdn Bhd (Kuala Lumpur), contributing across design, strategy, and project execution.
Her vision and creativity continue to position Alrize at the forefront of digital autopsy and forensic research, blending design, technology, and strategic execution.

Wendy Khoo is the Founder Director of Abuzz Wellness Sdn Bhd and Chief Operating Officer & Co-founder of Witty Charman Group,
leading healthcare ventures including Witty Charman CoTS, Medical, and Nephrocare. With over 19 years of industry experience and an Engineering
degree with honours in Electronics, she brings extensive expertise across QA, QC, and medical ICT.
A certified ISTQB Tester and Agile Scrum Practitioner, qualified by Scrum Study USA with SFC, SDC, and SMC credentials,
she has successfully delivered specialized medical and forensic science software solutions for clients in Malaysia, the UK, Australia, and India.
She also conducts Agile Scrum training (SDC & SMC) in both classroom and online formats, providing mentorship, mock exams, and daily guidance
to the Witty Charman Study Group, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
